School Sports Teams
Media Day services are priced according to # of athletes participating and the scope of services. We’ll be happy to provide a quote for your organization customized to your team’s specific needs and budget.
Athletic Portrait Sessions
1 Athlete/1 Sport/15 finished images. Base price of $400, additional fees may apply for siblings, outfit changes, additional sports, etc.
Team Photo Session, $75 per player, 10 player minimum. Value packages are available (possible inclusions: team banner, individual photos, photo buttons, etc.)
Portrait Sessions
Individual Session: 1 Hour/1 Location of your choice. $350
Seasonal/Holiday Mini Sessions: 20 minutes/10 finished images. (Watch for announcements!) $250
Family Session: 90 Minutes/1 Location of your choice/2 outfits (everyone changes from first outfit to second outfit)/20 finished images. $400
Extended Session/Special Occasion: 2 Hours/1 Location/up to 3 outfits/30 finished images. $500
Professional Headshots
Individual: 30 Minutes/1 Backdrop/2 Outfits. $175
Office Session: Minimum of 10 associates. 1 Backdrop/2 Outfits. $50 per associate.
Important Information
- Delivery: All images are delivered digitally. Prints and other products are available for ordering separately. Shipping charges apply for smaller orders.
- Finished Images: “Finished images” means an image ready to send for printing, with basic lighting adjustments and cropping/alignment. Editing beyond basic lighting adjustment is not included in any of the packages.
- Retouching: “Retouching” means blemish removal, glasses glare removal, acne removal/reduction, etc., and is available per image upon request.
- Travel Fees: Locations more than 40 miles from our location in Powell, OH may incur a travel fee. Destination locations, defined as more than 4 hours of road travel in each direction, may require air travel as a time/cost-efficient alternative. Clients will be responsible for reasonable reimbursements of travel-related expenses.
